As a Heath Coach, I offer evidence-based, non-biased advice, supporting & empowering clients to choose health-promoting actions to support their own bio-individuality, unique to their own health & wellness goals. I offer the chance for my clients to become a happier, healthier version of themselves, and to understand where the imbalance lies and help create a balanced eco-system within themselves
Essentially, I am here to guide you & educate you, as you make lasting & sustainable adjustments in nutrition & lifestyle, to achieve your wellness goals and enhance your overall well-being.
My approach is holistic and multi-dimensional looking at physical, mental & emotional health as well as community, creativity, & sleep amongst other aspects of your life. My focus is on helping my client create & implement an achievable and realistic health plan, navigating & identifying the ways to enhance their own personal well-being. I provide ongoing support, advice & feedback.
All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom & Teams, so I see clients from all over the UK.
